Briton Dean Wilson has had to pull out of today’s Houston Supercross as he’s in too much pain from his shoulder and wrist injury he sustained in a qualifying crash last week in Anaheim.
Wilson slammed hard in Anaheim and ended up with a sprained wrist and shoulder. He attempted to ride in practice at Houston today but couldn’t ride safely.
“Tough pill to swallow but I won’t be lining up today,” he said. “I Just don’t feel I have the strength to race and wouldn’t want to put myself or anyone else in danger. Really bummed but hopefully I will be feeling a lot better next weekend with another full week of therapy. thanks for sticking with me.”
