Factory KTM 450 racer Jorge Prado has issued an injury update after he crashed in the Mantova Italian Superfinal while leading the race. He got trapped under the bars and retired from the action, then went to hospital for a check-up. 

“After yesterday’s crash they took me to hospital for a check-up as I hit the handlebar hard and it left me without breath. Luckily everything is fine and I’m going back home safe. I will keep training to get ready for the start of the season,” Prado said.  Photo Stefano Taglioni/ KTM Images.
