Former IMBA racer and current twin-shock racer Steve Steinman is currently at number two in the official iTunes rock charts for the UK – sandwiched between Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac! His song is currently outselling The Beatles, Royal Blood, AC//DC and more rock greats.

Steve – whose real name is Steve Murray and was a top youth racer then AMCA championship contender in the 1980s – has a touring rock show called Vampires Rock but the lockdown has meant he’s not been able to go on the road. So he’s recorded his first original music album and this is the first single.

Steve’s son Ozzie races and the pair are regulars at practice tracks all over the country. Steve, who often has a CCM in stage when he’s performing, saw the chart listing and took a snapshot of it, saying: “I’ll have to blow that up as a popster for my wall!”
