British MX2 Motocross Champion, Conrad Mewse will take on the Weston Beach Race in the Adult Solo race on Sunday 23rd October. Shepton Mallet rider Conrad Mewse has a strong successful motocross career competing not only in the UK at the British Motocross Championship but also numerous FIM Motocross World Championship rounds. Now after taking the Revo ACU British MX2 Championship title for this season, Conrad is set to take on the maddest, baddest and biggest motorsport race on the UK calendar by competing in the gruelling 3-hour solo race on the sands of Weston-super-Mare. Conrad last won the Weston Beach Race back in 2009, when he was competing on a 65cc machine, so it will be interesting to see what the three time British MX2 Champion can do. |

Conrad Mewse – #426 “I last rode the Weston Beach Race back in 2018. I’m really looking forward to returning this year as it’s completely different to what I’m used to, but I had lots of fun last time. I will be heading out to Dunkirk to prepare for this year’s event. This year I will be competing on a KTM 450 with a bigger tank and different gearing. I won’t be changing much as the KTM’s are great out of the box. A podium finish at Weston would make a nice finish to my year.” To find out more about the Weston Beach Race, sign up to compete or purchase your discounted spectator tickets please head over to www.rhlactivities.com |
