Ken De Dycker is back on Suzuki as he has signed a one-year deal with the Italian J-Tech team. He will ride in all the European MXGP rounds and may contest the fly-away GPs. J-Tech, which started in 2012 and has its base near Parma in Italy, switched from Honda to Suzuki after picking up backing from the Italian Suzuki importer. Keeno is already testing the Suzuki in Italy. The Belgian rode the factory Suzuki in 2008 and 2009 and scored his highest ranking in the world, with a third place.

The former British champion, who missed all of the 201t6 season with a broken femur, said: “I am very happy that I have a contract with the J-Tech team, and the Suzuki felt good immediately. I’m staying a few weeks in Italy to do some testing with the Suzuki RMZ450. I am fully recovered and will be working hard to get there in the World Championship. I thank all sponsors for their support and confidence in me. ”
