Sam Sunderland has become the first Briton to win the Dakar rally, taking victory by more than 30 minutes! His win marked KTM’s 16th consecutive Dakar win and he lead a clean sweep by KTM of the podium places. Sunderland, who now lives in Dubai, beat former MX3 world champion Matthias Walker who ended up second from Spaniard Gerard Farres.
