American-based Brit Dean Wilson has confirmed he’s been contacted by new British Motocross off Nations team manager Mark Chamberlain about a potential ride in the Nations for Team GB.
Wilson said he’d been contacted but it’s too early to tell about a ride at Matterley Basin in September as the US outdoor national season hasn’t started yet.
It’s believed Chamberlain has already added everyone he’s selected as potential riders so far into a private online chat group as he bids to give the riders the feeling of being team-mates. No other riders have yet confirmed whether they’ve been contacted.
There is already a Facebook group for fans of Team GB.
