He may have set world records on all sorts of wheeled vehicles, raced to countless Isle of Man TT podiums, restored everything from planes to barges and make a decent cuppa, but the Weston Beach Race was one adventure too far for Guy Martin. He may have finished seventh in the quad class on Saturday teamed up with David Knight. But choosing a lardy Honda Africa Twin for his solo Weston debut was a bit too much, even for speed merchant Martin. He struggled in the dunes but still managed a couple of laps.
