Max Anstie has revealed the extent of his injuries following his crash in the opening moto at the MX of Nations at Matterley – and luckily there are no serious injuries.

He said on social media: “! was making my way through the pack and just lost it on one of the uphill roller sections, swapped and landed on my head . Nothing’s broken, was a bit worried about my neck for a little bit but just beat up and live to fight another day.”
