Cake has revealed its limited-edition Bukk Ltd which kicks out 420NM of rear-wheel torque with a peak power of 16kW but costs £12,780. The stripped-back bike weighs 85kg and can reach speeds of 62mph thanks to its 16kW motor, powered by a 72v, 2.9kWh lithium-ion battery. There is a new drive train and a new-look aluminium frame.

A full charge from empty takes 150 minutes and gives three hours of riding. Charging from zero to 80% takes just 100 minutes, says the Swedish manufacturer.

Just 50 Bukk of these limited models will be produced, finished in Cake’s Race series yellow, from ridecake.com.
