Jeffrey Herlings finally took a race win on his 450 as he won the second moto in the Dutch International at Oss against a strong field of MXGP aces. But a poor start in the first moto saw him only pull back to seventh which gave him third overall. It’s hist first bog defeat on a sand track for years, showing how tough he’s finding it to come back from his hand injury.
Husky man Max Nagl took the overall win from his team-mate Gautier Paulin, then Herlings. Brit Shaun Simpson was fourth overall after third and fifth place finishes, while Max Anstie was fifth overall with a fifth and a fourth.
Brian Bogers won the MX2 class from Jeremy Seewer.
