Yamaha’s Chad Reed took the win again in the second night of the Australian Supercross Aus-X in Sydney. Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto, out of retirement for the one-off event, showed his old speed and held off all the challengers for three glorious laps but his lack of fitness took its toll and he ended up fourth.
Reed held off new Yamaha team-mate Cooper Webb for the win in front of his home crowd. Justin Brayton got a poor start but made his way through to third.
