Sterry and Mewse in for MX Nationals

KTM’s GP duo of Adam Sterry and Conrad Mewse are making a rare UK appearance in tomorrow’s MX Nationals at Landrake. With no British championship rounds this year and the other Pro Nationals clashing with GP dates, it’s an opportunity for them to race on home soil.

Sterry rode his 450 Hitachi KTM in this evening’s Pro free practice before tomorrow’s racing, and many of the top men also took the chance to put in some laps on the rutted circuit.

Also putting in some quick laps were Tommy Searle, Jake Nicholls, Steven Clarke, Brad Anderson, Lewis Tombs, Evgeny Bobryshev, Joel Rizzi, Josh Gilbert, Taylor Hammal, Jake Millward, Brent Van Doninck, Carlton Husband, Stu Edmonds and Dan Thornhill.

Dylan Walsh, on the 450 Redline MSR Honda, was on hand but chose not to ride, as did Conrad Mewse.

Tombs almost keeps both feet on the pegs this time

Ando, the sole two-stroke rider out in practice, was seeing if he was fit enough to ride after hurting his shoulder this week. He completed the session so looks fit enough to race on Sunday.
