Two Brits on the podium in Mantova

Pretty awesome weekend for two British riders at the MXGP of Mantova in Italy. Brad Todd finished the weekend in second overall EMXT2 class followed closely by British Bulldog Brad Anderson in third. It was business as usual for home favourite Tony Cairoli taking both MXGP races in commanding style. KTM

Tomorrows main races could be closer than we all thought. Tim Gajser takes the MXGP qualifying race win from homeboy Tony Cairoli and Arnaud Tonus. In MX2 Jorge Prado took the checkers, 10 seconds ahead of Jago Geerts and Tom Vialle. Roll on tomorrow.

Nine times world champ Tony Cairoli threw away a certain win in the MXGP qualifying race by crashing twice on the charge to the flag. The Italian stole the holeshot and just cleared off to what looked like being a dominant win from Tim Gajser in second. Cairoli drops it. Pic:
