The British team of Kurt Nicoll, Brad Anderson and Brian Wheeler took a fine second place in the World Vet Cup, part of the World Vet championship at Glen Helen in California at the weekend. It was a close result as the worst any of the Brits had was third place!

Team USA 2 of Jeff Koop, Kris Keefer and Craig Davis took the win with wins and second places, while Team USA 1 of Mile Brown, Shawn Hillion and Ed Foedsish were third. Team Ireland’s William Burgess, Hugh McDowell and Janathan McBride were 20th.

In the individual races, Mike Alessi won the over 30 pro class from Mike Brown, Tim Tremblay and Ivan Tedesco. Ando was eighth overall with 4-11 finishes.
